Meet Lauren
A graduate of Indiana University’s School of Journalism, Lauren Hindman built her event experience through both her professional and her volunteer activities. She has worked in public relations and marketing in agency, corporate and non-profit environments.“I think my marketing background adds an extra level to my event planning repertoire,” says Lauren. “Creating an event, whether it’s a wedding, a fundraising walk or a black-tie banquet, is like developing a brand. You are inventing an experience for your audience; in this case, your guests.”
Lauren loves planning events because she enjoys bringing the visions of her clients to life. “I really want my clients to be able to sit back and relax on the day of the event and not even think about all of the work that went into it.”
